Kinetic Physiotherapy has been providing quality physiotherapy services to the Southern Peninsula since 2007. Starting out as a part time clinic, Kinetic now provides full time hours and has recently expanded - now able to offer Massage Therapy, Clinical Pilates, and Functional Rehabilitation.

Ryan Cromwell - Physiotherapist

Ryan grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, attending Padua College before graduating from La Trobe University, Bundoora. Over this time Ryan has developed a special understanding of the health and lifestyle needs of local residents and how physiotherapy can assist them in achieving and maintaining their optimal health. His involvement in various sporting and recreational groups has assisted in his role as head physiotherapist for 2006 Nepean Football League Premiers Rye, and also the Southern Peninsula Sharks basketball team. Ryan’s areas of interest are musculo-skeletal physiotherapy, clinical Pilates and sports injuries, both of which he continues to develop an expertise in through ongoing professional development. Ryan has worked closely with local orthopaedic surgeons at Beleura Private Hospital and prides himself on excellent post-operative rehabilitation. The unique relationship that Ryan has developed with local specialists during his time at Beleura assists in high quality management of his clients and speedy referrals where necessary. Ryan is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Australia’s peak body governing physiotherapy in Australia, ensuring his commitment to high standards of patient care and ongoing education.

Now working closely with local doctors, Ryan’s aim is provide high quality physiotherapy treatment in a relaxed and comfortable setting in an effort to restore pain free movement to clients of all ages.

 

Amanda Noble - Remedial Massage Therapist

Amanda is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Pilates and Yoga Instructor with over 12 years experience both in Australia and New Zealand. She completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2002.

In 2004 she had the opportunity to relocate to New Zealand and open her own Pilates/Yoga & Massage Studio in Queenstown, where she built up a dedicated group of regular clients within a wonderful inspiring community. After almost 8 years, her family moved back to Melbourne and decided to settle on the Mornington Peninsula, which is where Amanda grew up spending her summer holidays with family.

As a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Amanda uses a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, articular mobilisation and stretching, deep tissue and relaxation massage techniques to benefit her clients’ needs.  Her skills in massage and her long love of Yoga and Pilates teaching, has allowed Amanda to develop a special understanding of postural imbalance, spinal misalignment and related muscle limitations to promote optimum health and results.
